I squirt it under the seats and carpet way under the dash, works out fine in these lacations and squirted some in the upper carpet portion in the trunk.

I have used many "new car smell" products. Regarding yours: Little long lasting scent. Oily, do not use on carpet, mats or upholstery. Best way to use I have found is to place a product saturated paper towel in a large shallow tray and leave under the front seat for a week or so.

Long lasting scent not overwhelming

Used 1 product in one car and other product in a different car.
Sprayed all over carpet----under seats, under mats and all exposed carpeting in both vehicles and on cloth seats of 1 car. Barely smells like anything, let alone a new car scent or a leather scent.
You could take the old hanging TREE freshener, put under your car mat and it would do a much better job.
This is my 1st purchase of any Chemical Guys products and I expected a much better product from Chemical Guys.

These dents are pretty good, but the new car smell isn’t what I expected it to be.
The leather scent is on point, but it’s a “new” leather scent versus a well used leather belt or older real leather interior.
I have no issues with using these scents in cars though. Pretty good!
