I bought this to protect the matte finish on my 2009 Trailblazer ss and i'm glad I did. It's very easy to apply. Goes on smooth and comes off easy. I recommend this to anyone with a matte finish.

I have used it in the past and it was fine. This time it came dried out and didn't come off my car once applied. Very different. Way too much money for the hassle.

I have OEM matte black BMW paint and wanted to protect it from the elements. I've purchased Chemical Guy products in the past and have always been incredibly happy with them. The Celeste Dettaglio Matte wax was no different and didn't disappoint. Application was just like any other wax, this one takes a little more time to cure (20 min), and buffing off was as easy as any other wax. I will say that with all the Chemical Guy matte products, it's best to apply them to a vehicle that is cool to the touch and not in direct sunlight. What a huge difference it was working with this product in the early morning VS the last time I did it at 2pm in 80 degree heat. The product will dry faster, leave streaks, and be a headache to work with in weather climates that are hotter. Make sure to apply in doors or in cooler temp. outdoors

I was truly a skeptic..... I have a matte painted Benz that someone deliberately keyed and was very hesitant to spend the money on "just a wax" but 95% of the damage has been removed and that was just me trying for the first time. I'm very happy with the product
