Deep cleaners really works well my only complaint is on my order as I ordered 2 valentine day gift packs and the towels that were supposed to come with it didn't i did receive a link to reorder the towels with free shipping but when I followed the link I was only able to order one set of the towels and had to pay shipping when I reached out to customer service to try to rectify the order and get both sets with free shipping i was consoled and put off you really need to work on customer service but the products seems to work great
