I've complained two times now over a broken black bucket lid I got from the company being broken. Been sent two red lids which are much larger and useless for the bucket I purchased. Disappointed in customer service knowing own products.

I am commenting on a bucket lid, seems such a basic thing. It is not. Easy to pop on AND remove with soapy hands. So thin, yet sturdy. No lip on the top makes it comfortable to sit on while cleaning rims. This isn't just a lid, it is an engineered cover - designed with purpose. Well done, well done.
