I spray on after cleaning the wheels. Have a old brush to spread i into the nicks and groves, it really stay black for a while, when I get through cleaning my truck I had several people that say they appreciate to see a person who really take care of a black vehicle, some ask what I'm using I say go online to chemical guys ?
