How to use the 3-Way Mitt

Use the two-bucket method: Fill one bucket with 5 gallons of water and 1-3 oz of Chemical Guys car wash soap and the other with plain water. Rinse your car first, dunk the mitt into the soapy water, then wash in straight lines with the soapy mitt.

After cleaning a panel or two, dip the dirty mitt in the bucket of plain water to loosen the embedded dirt, then wring it out on the ground. Return to the soap bucket and continue to wash the whole car. Rinse away all soap and dirt from the car, then dry with premium microfiber towels.

When dirty, machine wash with our Microfiber Detergent in hot water. Dry on low heat.

Three Separate Wash Surfaces 

The 3-Way Mitt uses plush microfiber chenille noodles to gently pull away dirt and abrasive grime from curves and contours. Flip the mitt over to the short-pile microfiber weave and gently rub heavy filth off paintwork, metal, glass, and durable plastic surfaces. For tougher tasks like dried bugs and bird droppings, simply turn the mitt sideways and gently scrub away stuck-on debris with its powerful scrubbing mesh.

A Comfortable Washing Experience

No need to worry about wearing a latex glove under the mitt to avoid wet hands: A waterproof barrier keeps your hand dry until the job is finished, while a tight elastic cuff keeps the mitt securely on your hand with a comfy, snug-fitting grip.

    Excellent Wash Mit Now My Go To Mitt

    I've had the regular lime green wash mitt for about 6yrs and it's still holding up and working like it should but when I got my new 2023 Forte GT I went on a spending spree to replace most of my aging detailing chemicals & gear. I decided to go with the 3 way mitt because it's yellow and will show dirt easily but also because it has microfiber noodles on one side and a super soft plush side on the reverse. It also has scrubber areas on the sides for when you run into bugs, tar, road film that needs scrubbing. Mitt seems well made and I'm sure it will last years. I like the inside pocket of the 3-way better then the standard because it's made of a heavier waterproof material. Highly recommended this mitt it's well worth the $. Today I also just picked up the new Pile Driver wash mit to have something that's made to tackle the winter time road salt & dirt.
